“What’s the deal with all these fruit spreads?’ Are jam and jelly even different? And what the heck is Gelee? That was me before I understood that good fruit spread is indeed one of those things I really need in my pantry. I’d always thought that fruit spread was just plain sugar until realized that unlike margarine, cheese, butter and nutella, this stuff doesn’t contribute to cholesterol and fat that’s killing all the famous people every day. That of course, is just a scratch on the surface of how beneficial fruit spread can be to your health. Seriously, it’s really awesome.
