The sun is a true nature’s blessing. It stimulates your body’s production of vitamin D, regulates sleep cycles and improves feelings of well-being and so forth. There’s a downside though: the same sun can cause age spots, skin cancer and wrinkles (I’m sure the first one and last one are the worst).
Actually, research asserts that sunshine is the biggest contributor to aging. But I know you already have had enough of the damaging rays and want to do something really effective about it. Again, you might not have been the most sun savvy person in the past but it’s never too late to begin protecting your skin with the right products.
